Course Outline
Manage Projects has been designed to assist participants to develop the competence to manage a straightforward project or a section of a larger project. The participant will examine all aspects of project management including project plans, administering and monitoring projects, project finalisation and reviewing projects.
Learning Outcomes:
- Review case studies of projects that have worked successfully or that have not – and apply these lessons learnt to projects in your own environment
- Understand the project management cycle so that plans are appropriately initiated, planned, implemented and reviewed
- Gain insights in to how to manage different stakeholders and how to overcome the challenges that are often apparent in projects
