Course Outline

Within any workplace, people are the organisation’s best or worst asset. By developing skills in communication and consultation, frontline managers can have a profound influence on colleagues, encouraging them to perform at their very best.

Positive workplace relationships reduce conflict, and allow internal and external interactions to progress smoothly – all of which ultimately contribute to an organisation performing successfully within its marketplace.

As you work your way through this course, you will build an understanding of these important skills: collecting, analysing and communicating information and ideas, developing trust and confidence and developing and maintaining networks and relationships, and managing difficulties to achieve positive outcomes.
