This short course describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to implement the organisation’s continuous improvement systems and processes. Particular emphasis is on using systems and strategies to actively encourage the team to participate in the process, monitoring and reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities for further improvements.
At the completion of the program participants should be able to:

Participants who satisfactorily complete all the units from the Certificate IV in Front Line Management will be awarded the Certificate (Certificate IV in Front Line Management BSB40812) and 100CPD Points.
Completion of any of the units within the Certificate will result in a Statement of Attainment.
